Title: On the Topic of Thermal Clips

At least let you regain them at a rate on one per minute or something.

Another campaign might be too much for me to handle at the moment. Also it is my point in this campaign to show some character development with Tobias from a selfish asshat to a perhaps a person actually worthy of a ship's captain title. I'd have to roll that all back if I stuck him in the other campaign.

And looking forward to that character development! Though maybe once that campaign ends u could switch on over to pirate time :0
