Title: THE TOMES OF CANON
Post by: NozzIvix on November 15, 2013, 04:21:47 am
Alright. We don't want to squish everything, so here we go. Everything matches the Canon as set forth by the games and the books, but game canon take precedent. And we tend to ignore those books. You know the ones. The ones with Kai Leng stealing Cereal. Everything after Mass Effect follows thusly. Shepard's Gender/Love interest is to be left ambiguous (Despite a certain Quarian being best choice) and the ending here is Destroy, with a twist. The Geth were spared, and the Mass Relays were fixed within a year.

And if anyone mentions a starchild. I swear to Amonkira...

Well, why spare the Geth? The logic is - if we twist the Crucible to just be a gigant EMP thingy even with a reaper-killing specialisation ( but how the hell would that work ) - to at least hamper the Geth numbers, very, very drastically.

Just sayin', just sayin'.

Because all information provided prior says "THIS KILLS REAPERS AND REAPERS ONLY" then changes last minute to "OH AND ALSO GETH LOL".

Also I don't want to limit what people can be.

Saying that the Geth numbers were hampered won't limit the player from choosing to play as a geth, right? Also, it'd be cool if geth faced some consequence for choosing Destroy, and greatly lowered population is a good way of doing that?
