To whom it may concern; Department of Archaeology, Attena Academy:

This message is to announce my resignation,effective immediately,  as assistant professor, Prothean studies, effective immediately. The lack of scholarly discipline and plagiarism at a once prestigious university is a sad chronicle of the state of affairs on Thessia.
 If this department would rather ignore the discoveries confirming assertions made by the last remaining Prothean,  It will do so without my expertise assisting its intellectual dishonesty.

Personal History(what affects them): Born on Sur'Kesh to a clan of prominent scientists and businessmen.  He disappointed members of the clan by going into archaeology, as opposed to working with technology or science.  Was working on an academic with four other colleagues when he left for the dig site and the article was published and was a great success, but his name was pushed to the background.  He's deeply resentful of this and is trying to find something or publish something that will get him recognition in his own right.

Joined the Alliance Navy due to economic hard times on Earth, working various odd jobs, busking, and thieving as it came to him after his discharge.
 
Served a term with the Alliance Navy on the SSV Orizaba(Post War) as a gunner's mate. Has some experience with firearms, but mostly worked with large caliber dreadnaught guns. Never promoted above serviceman second class; tended to be too informal with the NCOs in his chain of command.
